Default connection problem

Hello all , I'm new to this site , I'm running 5.1.0 , with windows 7 , I'm having a problem connecting sometimes, and when I do connect it stops after a few minutes , any ideas please , thanks to all who reply

I'm pretty sure your ISP, which sucks cockx, is to blame..they are probably packet shaping or directly limiting gnutella traffic....

it might also be a case of you are being DDOS'd...the use of PeerGuardian2 will help with this problem...

when I right click Bearshare Icon, go into properties , what should be there ??? could there be a problem there , or can I change anything for it to work ??
