Hosts Light.
I don't get a solid hosts light for some reason yet I do with the network one
 Edit: I've left BearShare open for a while and still no joy

Try replacing your connection-cache with fresh cache. See http://www.gnutellaforums.com/host-c...bearshare.html
 That thread also gives option of using the BearShare 5 Beta. My BearShare Beta connects very quickly.

I'm using all whats suggested and its just the hosts file not being solid.
Mine connects very quick too.Edit: Its finally got solid due to me turning of 'forced ultrapeer' Cheers for the time. Edit again: went solid for about 3 mins :s Last edited by Illuminist; December 15th, 2009 at 04:41 AM.
