ok tech got prob for you.. bought a laptop seecond hand with xp.. not genuein copy ... so how do i get round it to get updates ? cant use media player cant get updates nd cant play some file i download coz ov it :confused:

IF, you need to do a format and reinstall of OS or any serious attempts at repairing the OS, you no got it !
