A dogs walks in to a western Union Office and dictates the following telegraph."Woof, woof, woof, woof, woof, woof, woof, woof, woof." the clerk says. "Thats only nine woofs... If you want you can add another woof at no extra charge."
The dog looks at him and replies. "But then the message would make no sense at all.
