"Out of date" skin

hey there,

everytime I try to apply my new skin it says that it is "out of date"

what is going on?

My theme.text file already has "THEME_VERSION=2" in it...

any suggestions??

Here, i figured it out. See my thread and i wrote the solution to the out of date problem everyone is having.
