Please help with skins!

Hello everyone, i got liek a problem. I am trying to get a skin, casue im sick and tierd of an simpel one. There is a skin its called black and pink theme and i wanna get taht so bad, but i dun get it, what am i soopose to do to get it. If anyone can help, please... =]
