VISTA- Skins don't work...

So I have followed all of the rules for getting the skins and saving them. I uncovered the hidden APpDate file and saved my 2 themes in the "theme" folder, which is under the "roaming" "Limewire" folders. I restarted Limewire to see if my skins would show up but they haven't. I also renamed the files from .zip to .ltwp...so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong...Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong?
