help with skins I can't find once i download it
 

I download, save, and unzip. Then I click on apply skin and files says empty? What am I doing wrong?

i have the same problem to, it says there saved i just cant find then:confused:

if its like frost there should be like skin.lwtp
put them in the theme folder
go to START RUN type %APPDATA% go to LIMEWIRE THEMES put it in
then in lime go to VIEW -THEME select it
well thats how frost does it

erm .. this is in the LimeWire section. :)

If you cannot find the skin then search .lwtp or the skin title in your search bar with show hidden files & folders option checked. If it is not in the location in the LW preferences folder, then move across. ;) If it's not with the .lwtp extension then change it yourself. :)

i dont have limewire pro just the basic limewire and when i go to skins and then right click and save it there is no "themes folder" folder like the directions say. what am i doing wrong

You 'sure' you found the actual LW preferences folder?

when I go to "view" I see .. hide side bar, hide download tray,and a shaded, show chat window. There is nothing for me to click on to get to the skins???? I have hit on every icon and I am confused.. what do I do?

LW 5 doesn't have support for changing skins yet.

I think the developers might be going to include that in later versions;)
