Hey Adam Fisk, is there any particular reason the fileurns.cache file is stored in the limewire program directory (on Linux) instead of in ~/.limwire/ like the limewire.props file? I think they should both go in ~/.limewire/

I have registered Limewire Pro. When I download either the release version or the BETA. I get an error relating to the compression format from Stuffit. Any ideas?

On the update issue, we definitely don't turn on the update for any betas. In fact, we often leave the update off even for official releases. This is because we release so often, that we only update people to really stable releases and to releases with really nice new features. Otherwise, the update messages would just get annoying.

This is going live momentarily

Adam,
I'm presently on PRO version 2.5.4

I don't think the update msgs would be annoying!!! ;)
I personally wouldn't mind being notified of each new release... I could then decide if it is worth it to upgrade or not!
Since the update is not turned on for official releases, what is the easiest way I can know the most recent version??

Any idea when PRO 2.5.5 is going live?
Thanks

LW 2.5.5 Pro has been out for a month or so. Check your download page, rutro. It's better than 2.5.4 and earlier, but it still needs a lot of bugs fixed.
