0KB uploads??

I'm running v2.5.5 on Windows XP over a cable connection. My upload speed is set to "unlimited", and I have 5 upload slots open. All my shared files are in the LimeWire default shared directory. 99% of the time, when I check the monitor tab, there are four or five uploads all reading 0kbps. Nothing's happening. My downloads work about the same as they always have, but almost nobody can upload the stuff I have. Can anybody tell me what's wrong? As far as I know, there's no firewall issue, because I have no problem sharing files via Yahoo Messenger or ICQ, and never had any issues before switching from 2.4.3 to 2.5.4. Anyone have any ideas? This happens even when I have no active downloads.

I have the program running 24/7, and I'm TRYING to contribute, but no one seems to be able to get anything I have...

That wouldn't appear to be the problem....;)

Re:

I thought it might have been on the other end at first, but it's seriously almost every simgle attempted upload. I've been keeping an eye on it today, and I've only had one upload complete. With over 400 files (and several of them movies), I know that there's got to be SOMEONE out there who wants some of this stuff. Right now I'm waiting to hear back from my ISP on potential firewall issues, since that's the only other thing I can think of. But I've used the older versions with my current ISP for months and months without a hitch; I never had this problem before 2.5.4. In fact, it used to be exactly the opposite, where I got nothing because everyone was clogging my bandwidth... :D

We've also seen this problem, and Sam Berlin, one of our open source programmers, identified a bug in the code that is causing it. It's fixed on our main code branch, and the fix will go out with the next major LimeWire release.

Thanks.

i'm using the new 2.6.3 and i'm still having that same problem.

the only difference from the initial post is I am using Win ME (Austin Road Runner Cable modem service) and have a zonealarm firewall, allthou i never receive any warnings from it about these attempted downloads. I also can upload and download thru other progs, without a problem with this firewalll but i am not ruling it out..
One thing tho, once, for about 2 seconds I saw an upload of about 1.2 kb/s then it was gone again. All of my options are set as mentioned above in the "upload" options menu.

Still the same problem here, too

I just got 2.6.3 today, and I've still got the same problems. I'm going to try reinstalling 2.4.3, since that was the last one where I could contribute.

No one can download from me since I upgrade from 2.5.5 to 2.6.3.
I am running limewire on Window ME, cable modem and no firewall. I don't know what cause this. I didn't remove 2.5.5 when I install 2.6.3.

Patience. - I am sharing 5271 files and it happens (occasionally) that all my upload slots are free for a minute or two.
