Huge problem resuming.

I have a big bad problem. I've been downloading a file for now ±20 hours and then I had to force-quit Limewire because it was slowing my computer as f***. Now it looks like it didn't save my file in the incomplete part. It does lie in the "incomplete ƒ" but when I go to the library tab of limeWire and press "resume", it'll start a new download instead of continuing mine and guess what! I don't want to download those 500Mb again, so please, find a way to get me outta this s***.
