Really 2.8.5
 

Started with 2.7.13 Pro. Downloaded from my personal page 2.8.4 PRO. After installation in the Help/About box it says it is 2.7.9. Pro. The Icon on the desktop says it is 2.8.4. Pro Saw the update to 2.8.5 PRO yesterday and downloaded and installed. The desktop icon says 2.8.5 pro but the software still says it is 2.7.13.

Any ideas out there?

I did an info on my 2.8.5 and it said Version 2.8.5 PRO. Nothing wrong with mine

I would uninstall both versions then re-install the latest.

Now I cannot install LimeWire. It tries to locate the file on "A" drive which is a floppy. During the uninstall, the system locked up. I was successful in installing the Multilinqual version of 2.8.5 pro but still cannot convert to the standard english 2.8.5 Pro. Hope that 2.8.6 fixes the problem.
