Vers. 2.8.2 and 2.8.5

I have had trouble getting both these versions to load the interface. 2.8.5 won't work at all. I have tried uninstalling everything to do with the program, just in case some leftovers were interfering, but no luck. Fell down and it won't get up again.
Second issue I have is with the Uninstaller. Why does it not uninstall everything, so that if you have to update, you can actually start from scratch with a fresh program. This is the only program on my computer that I have a problem with and it is a constant problem. Unfortunately there isn't a viable alternative for the Mac.
Limewire Used to be far more dependable. And it is not getting better.
