Installing/reinstalling
 

During the year or so that I have had LimeWire installed on my Mac 4, it has disappeared three times for no apparent reason. It just uninstalls itself. Each time I have had to start over again following the installation process. A while back I upgraded to LimeWire PRO. Now, unless I want to pay for it again, all I can get is the basic non-PRO version. I e-mailed LimeWire support and was told to trash all LimeWire files, install again, then reinstall PRO. But then they want another $9.50. Now when I ask how to do this without paying again, no reply. Any suggestions?
