3.9.1 fails to redraw the screen and "Monitor" tab stops working?
 

After leaving LimeWire 3.9.1 beta (on sun's java 1.4.2_03 in linux) up for 10 minutes acting as an Ultrapeer but minimized and going to restore it, I noticed that it doesn't even redraw the window anymore and I have to mouse over the window to redraw the part of the window where I moved my mouse. When this happens, the "Monitor" tab when clicked no longer switches to the tab while the "Search," "Connections," and "Library" tab can be switched to fine. Also the menu bar doesn't redraw at all unless a menu is clicked or unless I minimize the window and restore it a few times. When I exit LimeWire then reload it, everything works again, then the redrawing issue repeats after I leave it minimized for a few minutes. This doesn't seem to happen at all in LimeWire 3.8.6.

hmm. LimeWire 3.9.1 beta seems to only do this when left minimized on the "Monitor" tab. When I leave it minimized on the "Search" or "Connections" tab, it redraws fine on restore. Regardless of which is chosen the "Monitor" tab is unable to be switched to when I restore the window after being minimized for a few minutes.

There is a bug in LimeWire causing a lot of nullpointer exceptions from the Monitor tab. It's related to the new icon stuff...

It'll be fixed before the next beta. Some other gui work (which I really hope/think/pray you'll all like) is taking some precedence right now ...
