Can I Restore My Library?

BECAUSE MY COMPUTER NEEDED TO BE COMPLETELY REINSTALLED.

I REALLY WANT MY TRACKS BACK BUT I SUPPOSE I'LL HAVE TO DOWNLOAD THEM ALL AGAIN 'SNIFF'
