Default UPnP bugs in 4.6 and CVS

Two bugs:

1) LW doesn't retain the manually configured port option. On restart LW always use UPnP instead.

2) LW doesn't look if UPnP has to be redone on lan address change or IP change (reset of the router). (Or even it should check at intervals of 2 hours). A reset of the router has to be done once par two days at home and work, because of the loss of wireless connection (at least the linksys routers).

Ciao

Okay -- #1 should be fixed for the next release.

#2 is more complex. Detecting lan address changes won't be in the next version (but will be in the a subsequent one). Detecting external IP changes already occurs.
