That problem is long since known. Whenever you refresh your library, LimeWire clears all file entries. When you receive a download request during that time, LimeWire will return a file not found reply and the remote host will never try to download from you again.

its not such a big problem to me atleast, but maybe this could be fixed by queuing the users until reindexing/hashing is completely finished. or an even better idea is to give the user a busy signal until reindexing/hashing is finished... limewire should also check first to see if the file has already been reindexed/hashed before it gives this busy signal. if it is already indexed/hashed, then it will start the upload sequence.
