For (2), does it happen for both audio title and video title?

I changed "Clear Downloads" to "License Warning". Much better. As you pointed out, there was a bug in the logic for processing that preference item, which has been fixed.

Both fixes to be included in 4.9.20...

Keep catchin' those bugs! =)

1) going to tools > options > searching > basic without ticking "show license warning" and only clicking "OK" turns the license warning on again.

as far as my tests show, it only appears to be doing it to the audio title. sorry for not being too clear about it.
