you have NO RIGHT to force users to run cydoor spyware.
in your EULA it says that cydoor comes bondled with install and it also says this

"If you wish to remove this program from your system, be sure to remove the Cydoor ad-support item as well. You can do this through the 'Add/Remove Programs' applet in the Control Panel"

so you have no right to stop user from using LimeWire after removing cydoor. nowhere in your EULA does it say that user MUST run cydoor in order to use LimeWire.
also your install is broken becuase it does not create cydoor uninstall entry in 'Add/Remove Programs' applet in the Control Panel.
