Ultrapeer behaviour bugs (not complaining)

I've been running Limewire 2.0.4 for a while and I'm an Ultrapeer now (I didn't force this in the options).

I've got a couple of problems (bugs maybe)

1. I left my client running for approx 78hrs. After this period I was connected to 5 other ultrapeers and had a fair few leaves. However, noone could download from my client and I could not download from any other node. Search results bot to anf from my node were working fine , but no connections could be made. After restarting the client I was still an ultrapeer but my downloads functunality returned.

2. As I'm an ultrapeer is was expecting to connect to (several) other ultrapeers when my machine finds them. As I understand it this is the whole point of the reduction in traffic idea. However, since my restart (see point 1.) my node only connects to 0.4 protocol nodes. Its been up again for approx 6 hours without a single ultrapeer connection.

Hope some moderator or developer can address these points.
BTW I'm running Win2K SP2

Same issues

I saw the same behavior (not connecting to ultrapeers) after a restart. What's the system and what kind of connection?
