| I have a question about the cydoor/spyware thing. I DON'T want to start a flame war, I just want to ask something. On the Windows installer, has anyone else noticed a lack of Cydoor software being installed? I only found the the two bonzi buddy and trip shortcuts. Running ad-aware did not find anything, so I was somewhat surprised. Oddly enough, the 'cydoor_uninstall.exe' file is still present, and LimeWire still has this entry in the LimeWire.props file: CYDOOR_INSTALLER_CALLED=false Are we seeing a new attitude from LimePeer? Will there no longer be any spyware installed with LimeWire? Any response from the developers would be appreciated. :-) |
