| I know big numbers mean somebody isn't handling the traffic, but I can't figure out who. I'll sometimes see the "I" number spike, sometimes the "O" number. The question is, does "100%/0%" in the dropped column mean that my client isn't keeping up or does it mean the guy on the other end of the connection isn't keeping up? |
