Host And Downloads

I DONT KNOW IF I CAN CHANGE THIS BUT THE MAX HOST I CAN DOWNLOAD FROM IS 8.CAN THIS BE INCREASED AND WILL IT PROVIDE A FASTER DOWNLOAD.

IF NOT DO YOU KNOW HOW I CAN INCREASE MY DOWNLOAD SPEED?
