Er...bogus files

What's with the enormous variety of bogus files and other assorted detritus that seem to show up regardless of the search parameters I give. Is this a Limewire problem or is the Gnutella gone all senile?

There are organizations out there that would like to see file sharing go the way of the Dodo bird, and will do everything in their power to do so. Thats where most of the bogus files come from.
