 Mystery Liscense Issues A 2-part question... First, how do you know a liscense is attached to a file before downloading it? and... if there is one, how do you open the content? It seems pretty foolish to put a file into circulation that noone can access after waiting 3 hours to download it. Any help on this subject would be great. Thank you   |
