Uploads columns in Library?

What do these numbers mean? For instance, on file I have says "7/110". What does the seven mean, and what does the 110 mean? And why does Limewire's documentation suck? ;)

If you see 7/110 that would mean 7 successful uploads out of 110 attempted uploads.
