What does the number in parentheses actually mean? When searching for files, the search shows the keyword I searched for with a number in parentheses behind it. At first I assumed it was the number of hits found for the search, but when I can see only three or four results, and the number says 5115, I assume this is something else. Anyone care to enlighten me. Also, on the off chance that it is in fact the number of hits, why do I see only a fraction? |
If your search returns 2 files, each with 20 sources, you will get 40 'hits', even though you only see 2 files. Hope this helps  Dano |
