chatting/connecting with host?
 

allright, i know i'm living back in the day, but when napster was around, i met all kinds of people from st. louis, where i grew up. we had a radio station that played a lot of really obscure stuff...and when i'd do a search for that stuff on napster, 30 years later:eek::eek::eek:, it would almost always lead me to a host that grew up there, too. i actually met people i'd gone to school with or worked my first job with...it was crazy fun. anyway, i'm finding some of those songs on limewire, and i'd like to know if there's a way to message the host in any way. "chat" is under the options, but i don't know anything beyond that. thanks for any help! jewel

I believe chat has reciently been enabled in only the 4.13 Beta versions. Both you and the hosts you want to chat with have to have the beta versions with chat turned on. Hope this helps
