General questions

Hello all, as you can see, I am new to the forum. I just had some general questions reguarding limewire, more specificly, how to improve its performance.

Here is some background info on my setup;
Pc specs;
OS:XP(SP2)
AMD 64 dual core processor, clocks around 4Ghz
2 gigs of DDR 2 RAM
256 vid card
1.5 gigs of virtual memory
150 gigs of HD space

Internet specs:
I pay for :
864 up
1500 down(low end DSL)

Im actually getting:
464 up
1326 down(via speakeasy)

I connect to my router via a USB wireless G adapter (usually gets about 24mps..emi maybe?)

My modem/router: Actiontec, soon to be a 2wire(hopefully)

There are a total of three pcs that use this connection, one is usually just browsing, the other two are bandwith intensive(Bit torrent/Limewire, and online gaming on both)

Here is what I have done to configure limewire so far:
Speed is set cable/DSL
adjusted the download and upload bandwith
enabled OOB
UPnp is enabled
no proxies set

When I check the connections tab, its showing im currently connected to three hosts, though im not exactly sure what all those stats mean(Messages/Bandwith/Dropped), or if they are decent.

i usually dl at around 20-30Kbs depending on number of hosts, i think the highest it has ever been has been around a 100kbs.

I hope I have provided enough useful system info, I included anything I thought would be relevant. Any tips, tricks, or suggestions you guys might have would be awesome, I mean ,you never can download too fast right? :)
