Change in where file is saved

How can I change the location of where my
files are saved adter they
have been downloaded?
I picked a really bad place to save them I REALLY
NEED to change it.
Someone please help!

Do you want to make another save Folder? or are you talking about changing HDD, i.e. To an external HDD?? What OS are you running XP or Vista??

I'm not sure I think I just need to create a new
file to save things in.
Right now I have in out in the open and not in
any particular folder but I want to change it to save into
a new folder.
Get what I mean?
