Question about the Direct Connect option
 

Good day everyone! I just noticed the parameters my friends have to enter in the textbox change everyday. IE "12.345.678.90:12345"

Is there a way these paramaters can always be the same? If not, is there a way my friends can search for my PC with my user name?

The parameters should never change unless you're accessing Limewire from different computers. I'm not sure what's going on there.
As far as I'm aware, there's no way your user name will work.

You have dynamic IP. As long as you stay connected to the internet constantly it shouldn't change, but if you lose internet connection, you will in most cases get a new IP.

So the answer would be to keep e.g. Limewire on always so your connection doesn't drop
