I am not sure if you still get 14 hosts or not running as an ultrapeer. I choose not to be an ultrapeer anyway. Remember the extra hosts beyond 10 was only if you were running as an ultrapeer. They have removed the ability to cheat to become an ultrapeer by choosing the T3 setting. Instead now you only become an ultrapeer if (a) the network (& around your area) needs more, (b) if you have ultrapeer enabled, (c) your LW is behaving well enough & has more than enough bandwidth available to become one. There's probably other requirements before you become an ultrapeer. Stief would know more about this.

The speeds below are two examples using LW 4.16 which also had the change in speed settings within LW. These snapshots where taken July 31st, Aug. 20th & Sept. 12th (the 15 downloads). I have had over 300 KB/s I know but that was earlier in year (same version LW) but not sure if I took a snapshot or not.

I'm sure my bandwidth ability is less than yours but still able to get good speeds 'if' I connect to the right hosts.

Edit: A second recent example: (I normally have reasonable upload speeds, I hope that was only coincidence & not affected by downloads my uploads were so low. Snapshots taken over 45 second period using a computer video recorder.)

Funny thing is, my line was tested at 4-5 MBps almost 2 years ago. I guess improvements since then have lifted the abilities. I was told my overall speed plan is around 24 MBps though I would be unlikely to ever get up that high. I doubt this particular router would cope with much faster than the speeds shown here either. It's fast enough for me, no need to buy a new router 'just' to get faster than this for now at least.
