This is a typical example. Most problems have already been previously answered so we post Sticky's at the top of each section of the forums with answers to the most commonly asked questions & problems. We also have a forum search function. It can actually be faster to search an answer sometimes than to post a question. And to save us answering the same question 999 times in the same month, please try to do the above as the Gnutella Forums Rules specifies which you saw three times upon signing up to these forums (at least the links were provided to you!) & the forum rules are listed at the top of each section of these forums.
