I can't figure out how to put downloads into library

Just signed up tonight. I am able to search and download the tunes, but can't figure out how to get them into the library. There is a configuration button?

Click the Saved Files Folder. That will be where the files reside. The Configure Button is for Shared Files/Folders. This will allow for you to create different Shared Folders.
