What is it you do not understand from the sample images in that first link? (yes it is an older version, but same principle applies)

LW's menu bar, TOOLS -> OPTIONS -> SHARING, press Browse button & direct it to the folder you wish to share, select it, press Apply, then OK buttons.

I Did Go To Tools. But No Options Came. Just Says Advanced. Please Help. I Just Want To Give Some Music.

ok so you're using a mac computer. Well preference options are in same place as 98% other mac osx programs. Command comma is the keyboard shortcut. ⌘ ,
