Some one tried to chat to me in Limewire, but I wasn't at my computer. Now that person is off line. I only have his IP address. How can I contact him/her?

I presume you're using LW 4. You could attempt to Direct Connect to them using a Direct Connect type of search. :) Chat messages cannot be sent unless you can catch them online. ;) (LW 5 no longer incorporates Chat.)

So what was the reason for LW 5 dropping the chat?
