Smaller files being saved no problem and larger files getting disk problem, would suggest you do not have much free space left on the drive/partition your saved folder is located on. Another possibility is that your drive is not working properly or your operating system is corrupted.

Take into account that all those disk problem files make up 6-7GB of space.

Are you trying to move files from the Incomplete folder within LW's library? In LW, go to LW's library > Incomplete Files. Highlight the file & then click Explore... now your incomplete folder will open outside of LW.
Can you play/move files from that folder?
From memory, some people have been able to still use the file despite the 'disk problem' error if it's 100% downloaded.

With every "disk problem", I've had no trouble playing the file (usually movies >700mb). Never saw a pattern as to when the message appears.

Default 100% Download stuck in your Incomplete Folder

arifhussaink

For the purposes of my reply I am going to assume that you are Windows user.

I, like you, use USB external hard drives for my LW downloads, I have also had "Disk Problems", I have used LW4.18x Pro in the past and I have run into similar problems with 100% downloads not moving into my complete folder.

Now, with 100% downloads you can use Windows Explorer to copy (or cut) and paste the file into your complete folder, just like you can with any other file. However, you have to rename the file to its correct name by deleting the Txxxxxxx part of the file name.

In other words, you don't have to redownload the file, that will only overwrite your original download, or wait for LW to move the file for you because at this stage it won't.

Hope this helps.

UK Bob
