Find lots of hosts with fast upload speeds. Hosts are simply other sharers like you & me. Downloading from as many hosts as possible is a sure way to increase upload speed. But not everyone has fast upload speeds, and those that do may more often than not be uploading to many people at same time so their upload speeds get split between. ;) eg: my upload capacity is only around 90-95 KB/s.

How to find more hosts? Do a search. 5-10 mins later use the Get/Find More Results tool. Then repeat using that tool 5-10 mins later. ;)
