Mac OSX Problems with installing LimeWire or WireShare for Mac OSX users |

![]() I am sorry to hear that you have been unhappy with the program and with the support. Keep in mind that LimeWire is a free program and that we do not officially offer any support for the free version. If you buy the pro version, you do get e-mail support. It is very typical of free programs not to offer support (also free, keep in mind). The developers, like myselft, who occasionally respond to questions on this forum usually do so in free moments in working 60+ hour weeks on this program, so I can assure you that we do care about users and work hard to improve the system. That said, I am sorry that you have not been satisfied. Again, however, most free programs offer no support at all. |
