I am so bummed. I paid the $8.50 downloaded Stuffit and all I can say is this still doesn't work! I need to get this fixed--I feel ripped off--I know it's on;y eight bucks--but what a scam if we can't get it to work!
What's the deal with not being able to get any support--we did pay!!!

we would be glad to help you out, but first you have to tell us exactly what the error messages are that you are getting. we can't help if we don't know what the problem is.

I couldn't get past the zip error with 2.3, but I tried a different browser and downloaded basic service. how do I download the 2.3 I paid for now? I can't seem to use the "code" I was given to get the download. It says it cannot locate the server. How do I get back into the 2.3 download page?
