firewall + mac 10.2

I have my firewall Switched on in Mac 10.2. How do I share my files in this Situation. No uploads happenin from my Computer

Yes, I have the same problem. If the network wants people to fully participate they should address these forums!!! I have great music to share. But No___, it sits on my hard drive.
