i bought limewire pro and got a confirmation e-mail and everything, but when i try to download and enter my e-mail address, it doesn't recognize it. someone please help me. i think i just got cheated out of $9.50.

Just go to http://www.limewire.com/english/cont...pportpro.shtml and enter the email address you used when you bought it in the last six months. Haven't heard of anyone being "cheated."
More likely your page is being slowed and timing out before it loads. If the email doesn't work, email the support address.
