can someone please help me?
 

I'm using Mac OS X 10.2.4 and i've downloaded limewire using explorer. When it finishes downloading i open it and i double click the install. then the little icon bounces in the dock then stops. so installer is open but with no window so i can't install it. oh i'm trying to install the latest basic free version for mac os x. Can anyone help me please? thanks

or should i just find another program to download stuff? if so which program should i use?

That's certainly an odd behaviour. I'd suggest either restarting your computer & trying again (even check your comp with utility softwares) & if that doesn't work, try downlding it again. Explorer sometimes has issues with dwnlding properly. If possible, use Safari or Netscape. If things still don't work then get back to us in this thread. I hope things work out!
