Mac OSX Problems with installing LimeWire or WireShare for Mac OSX users |

![]() Yes, the file does say Limewire OSX.dmg, and yes, I downloaded it from the actual Limewire site. I just upgraded from v. 9.2. I don't seem to have Safari on my computer (which came loaded with 9.2 and X-- I've been running 9.2 until now though), so I can't use it to download or open anything. This seems to be the case with all .DMG files, not just Limewire-- Disk Mounter doesn't recognize them or says it can't mount them. This is making me kind of crazy-- all the utilities and apps I have are for older Macs, but now I can't upgrade them since I can't open the new versions! Argh. |
