I've complained there before also for decent reasons.

Glad to hear the C/C co. is sounding positive about it. I've had my C/C scammed before. I complained to the right dept. & got a refund. That was after buying some concert tickets many years back, & then I noticed other additions to my statement that were not by me nor did i know who the business was that was charged to.
