 Try deleting all the downloads that show on your desktop, then use Safari's Empty Cache item in the Safari Menu (cmd-option-e). Try downloading again from the link in your email sent when you signed up for Pro. Use Safari's Window menu to watch the download progress. Once it completes, the download will probably open itself, or you can double-click it in the Safari Downloads Window to get it to open.  |
