movie could not be opened, install error message?

mac osx 10.4.11, 1.83 ghz.
Trying to install limewire, doubleclick on the installer and a message comes up saying The movie cannot be opened Mac OS error - 1409

I've tried downloading earlier versions and the same thing happens
