I have Mac OS X 10.4.11. I downloaded the latest version of limewire not knowing my computer is not compatible for it. I trashed it and am trying to re-download 4.18.8. When I get to 'select a destination' to install I click on the Macintosh HD icon and it says: The chosen volume contains software which is newer than the software you are installing. Installing this software will replace the newer version with an older version.
So I click continue and install and it says: You cannot continue. There is nothing to install. Any help would be appreciated. I looked on my computer to see if anything was left from the newer version of limewire and I don't see anything. |
