application folder in library

I have downloaded the update of limewire 2.3.2 it installed with no problem. however when it asked me to select what files i wanted to share I mistakenly chose my application folder.
I have tried to remove (drag to the trash) the application folder and it will move.
I have tried to select delete from limewire menu and that won't work either. Sooo... I chose one file that I don't use (chess game) and it was removed..... BUT it also removed it from my hard drive!!!!!
then i decided to uninstall lime wire and start over. I did that and the application folder is still in the lib.
I do not want my application folder in the limewire lib. I don't want to share those files. Just my music and movie files. HOW can i remove my application folder from the limewire lib or choose to block those files from being accessed.

I don't think that the delete command on lime wire menu should be able to remove a file off my hard drive but ONLY out of the limewire application.

Please help! thanks wljbj
